Masquerade’s current opening hours are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 10am-2pm , Saturdays 10am-3pm and all other times will be appointment only. Appointments can be made by telephone, email or Facebook booking. I am looking forward to helping you choose costumes for your events and productions

Based in Earl Stonham in Suffolk and owned by costume enthusiast, Sally Baker. Masquerade is an exciting business with an extensive range of exclusive, high quality costumes, period outfits and uniforms.

Our costumes are suitable for a range of events, including fancy dress parties, balls, theatre companies, drama groups, historical events, promotional and corporate events, murder mystery parties and most importantly for fun.

On this website we have only been able to show a small selection of the costumes that we currently have available for hire.

Many costumes have been especially made for Masquerade, and we are continually adding to our range. On our site, with the few examples shown we hope we have given you an idea of the quality and variety that we hold. Please remember that these by no means represent the full range that is available.

In addition, we are aware that detail is an important part of any costume and Masquerade stocks a variety of masks, wigs and accessories which may be purchased or hired to complete your costume.
Masquerade in Earl Stonham is approximately just 5 miles from Stowmarket, 12 miles from Ipswich and 20 miles from Bury St Edmunds.

A personal note from Sally…………..

Should you have any special costume requests, please do not hesitate to contact me- not only do we have licensed costumes available for hire, we can also arrange for bespoke costumes to be made to exact requirements.

From my own point of view, I love the idea of dressing up , taking on a different identity and enjoying the time at a party, ball or special event. I get an immense satisfaction in providing quality garments and costumes to my customers.
